All of our products are handmade from scratch. From cutting and shaping the wood, sanding, creating the designs, to operating the laser machine for engraving.
PROOF
We will email a mockup of the design for you to approve. If we do not hear back from you within 2 days, we will move forward with the design that was sent. Once proof is approved, all selections are final and will move forward to production.
